About Siobahn Hotaling
Siobahn Hotaling has served as a project consultant with the Adaption Institute since May 2020. Her most recent project was assisting in developing a research-driven series of trainings that were presented to a multinational firm in the field of organizational growth and future skills. A graduate of the Master of Arts in psychology program at the Harvard University Extension School, Siobahn Hotaling began her degree in 2018; she graduated with a focus on psychology, a 3.96 grade point average, and Dean’s List honors.
Ms. Hotaling also maintains a role at the multinational financial company Global Payments. As senior user experience designer, she oversees the development of customer-focused web assets, such as landing pages and websites. She is also involved in lead capturing and marketing strategies.
Outside of her work, Siobahn Hotaling is a volunteer with New York Cares. During the 2020 presidential election, she was a supporter of Vote.org and MoveOn.org, as well as a donor to the campaign to elect Joe Biden and Kamala Harris. She also is a devoted animal lover and supporter of numerous animal sanctuaries.
